These terms govern your use of PrevoxHire (prevoxhire.com), operated by Matthew Collis, trading as PrevoxHire, ABN 50 865 504 657, South Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By starting an interview or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms.
PrevoxHire is an AI-powered mock interview tool for practice and self-improvement. You upload a resume and job description, complete a practice interview, and can purchase a feedback report. PrevoxHire is not an employer, recruiter, employment or migration agency, or career adviser — we don’t make hiring decisions, submit applications, contact employers, or verify your resume.
Feedback is generated by AI and is not career, recruitment, legal or professional advice. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, biased or inconsistent between runs, and may not suit your particular circumstances or a specific employer. You should not rely on it as your sole basis for applying for, accepting or rejecting a job. We don’t guarantee any job, interview or result.
By starting an interview, you consent to your audio being recorded, transcribed and processed by AI systems so we can run the interview and produce your feedback. You can stop the interview at any time. We handle this data in line with our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18. Only upload documents you have the right to use, and remove unnecessary third-party personal information — such as referee or manager details — before uploading. Don’t upload anyone else’s personal information without their consent.
You must not misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful content, scraping or harvesting data, attempting to reverse-engineer, interfere with or disrupt the service or its security, impersonating others, or using it in breach of any law.
You keep ownership of what you upload and of your feedback report. You give us permission to use your uploaded content and interview answers only to provide the service to you — to run the interview, generate your report and toolkit, and deliver it.
The report price is shown before you pay, in Australian dollars inclusive of GST, and is handled securely by Stripe.
You always keep your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure — for example your report is not delivered, is unreadable, or is materially defective — you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund. Separately, because reports are generated and delivered immediately, we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind once a report has been delivered or accessed, unless required by law. If your report fails to be delivered due to a technical problem on our side, we’ll re-send it or refund you.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and where our liability can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid.
We own the PrevoxHire site, branding and software. We do not use your content to train AI models (see our Privacy Policy).
The service relies on third-party providers for payments, hosting, email delivery, transcription and AI processing. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by their systems, except where the law makes us responsible.
We aim to keep the service available but don’t guarantee it is always uninterrupted or error-free, and may change or discontinue features.
We may suspend or refuse access to the service where we reasonably believe it is being misused, these terms have been breached, or it is being used unlawfully or in a way that threatens its security or availability.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the “last updated” date, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
PrevoxHire is intended for users located in Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
